Graham Kelly

CHAIRMAN

Graham is the founder and chairman of G&H. Under his leadership the business has grown from a handful of employees to a 200-plus strong workforce operating across the UK. He plays a pivotal role in shaping G&H’s strategic direction, ensuring its continued success, and fostering a culture of excellence throughout the business.

Marc Ambler

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Starting his career in 2002 as an apprentice electrician, Marc has progressed through the business to become managing director. He now leads the overall performance of the organisation, working closely with the board and senior leadership team to shape strategy, drive growth, and ensure key objectives are delivered.

Mark Craven

COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR

With over 30 years experience, Mark plays a key role in executing G&H’s business strategy. He supports the wider team throughout the pre-construction phase up to contract completion. His other main responsibilities include overseeing financial and contract management, procurement, valuations, forecasting, contract and warranty vetting and risk management.

David Davis

PRE CONSTRUCTION DIRECTOR

David is primarily responsible for all pre-construction activities, from initial contact with clients up to delivery of a tender proposal. Having spent his entire career in building services, David has a wealth of industry experience and draws on his strong design background to deliver innovative schemes and solutions for clients.

David Ridsdale

MAINTENANCE DIRECTOR

David leads our maintenance services team, ensuring that clients’ buildings operate efficiently and remain fully compliant for the safety and productivity of their occupants. With a wealth of experience in building services, he is a highly knowledgeable, customer-focused director.

James Sherburn

ENGINEERING DIRECTOR

James oversees our fabrication workshop and team, which design, create, and test bespoke products before distributing them directly to site. Drawing on his extensive fabrication experience, James works closely with our in-house and clients’ design teams and provides support at the pre-fabrication stage to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standard.

Mike McGill

BUILDING PERFORMANCE DIRECTOR

Mike is a Chartered Building Surveyor and brings over 30 years of technical understanding of building fabric and systems to his projects. With the support of our talented team, Mike transforms underperforming commercial properties into high-performing, energy-efficient spaces that help businesses meet their environmental and carbon reduction ambitions.
