OFFSITE FABRICATION

We provide specialist off-site prefabrication of all mechanical, electrical and public health building services equipment and complement this with full electrical process engineering to offer a complete solution. Once designed, manufactured, tested and approved, we deliver, install and commission on-site.

Our workshop provides the perfect environment for us to design, create, and test bespoke products before distributing them directly to site. Whatever the weather, we can ensure that there will be no fabricating outdoors, meaning your project will be completed on time, on budget, and in the safest environment.

The in-house design team utilises 3D scanner technology to scan buildings and integrate the images into the design software. This provides detailed drawings of all required works to identify where value can be added and demonstrate where the best solutions can be found.

Our bespoke work sees us deliver an array of fabricated pipework from simple flanged lengths to 28” stainless steel flue pieces, large skid-mounted plant rooms and components for industrial-scale energy generation facilities. Once designed, manufactured, tested and approved, we deliver, install and connect on-site.
