Our inaugural ESG report
We have published our first annual Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) report, marking an important milestone in our approach to mechanical, electrical and public health (MEP) solutions, and commitment to operating as an ethical and compliant organisation.
The report sets a new benchmark across our offices, manufacturing facilities, and UK-wide sites. It’s a reflection of our ongoing commitment to environmental responsibility and the communities we serve, while delivering meaningful social and economic value.
We collaborate with a number of partners – charities, organisations,
and colleges – to successfully deliver our ESG strategy.

MENTAL HEALTH FIRST AIDERS
Supporting mental wellbeing is crucial to ensuring we have a healthy team and the best environment where everyone can thrive.
As part of our commitment to our people’s mental health, we’re proud to have a number of colleagues who have successfully completed the Mental Health First Aid England course.
Through this training, they’ve gained the skills to recognise the signs of poor mental health, the confidence to start meaningful conversations, and the knowledge to guide others towards the right support.
