Building conservation work wins a RICS Award

The regeneration of Leeds City College’s historic Printworks building, which saw G&H Building Services design and build all M&E works, has won a Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Award. Led by Sewell Construction, the restoration of Print Hall 1B won the Building Conservation category in the Yorkshire and Humber region.
